Lailla brings deep on the ground market insight across East and West Africa, with experience spanning real estate, infrastructure, mining, industrial development, tourism and hospitality, and agriculture and agribusiness. Her approach emphasizes disciplined structuring, execution accountability, and long term value creation for investors, governments, and local stakeholders. She founded MUTA to address a persistent gap in African markets: the disconnect between capital, investment ready projects, and trusted execution capacity. Today, she continues to guide the firm.
